This explains what Webit365 Inc. collects when you use Webit365 Studio, why, and the choices you have. We collect what we need to build and run your website — nothing sneaky.

Information we collect

Account & contact details — your name, email, phone, and business name.
What you tell us about your business — the answers you give in the interview and the content, photos, and edits you add to your site.
Payment details — handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We don't see or store your full card number. We keep basic records like your plan and billing status.
Usage & device data — basic technical information (such as log data) needed to operate the Service reliably and securely.

How we use it

To build, host, and run your website and let you edit it.
To generate content and images you request (see the providers below).
To process your subscription and provide support.
To send you account and service emails (sign-in, receipts, renewals, notices) and — unless you unsubscribe — occasional news, tips, and offers. You can opt out of the marketing ones anytime.
To keep the Service secure and to improve it.

Analytics & tracking

We use basic, privacy-minded analytics to understand how the Service is used and to keep it running well. If you connect your own tools to your website — such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or a Meta (Facebook) Pixel — those tools collect data through your site under their providers' terms, and you're responsible for any privacy notice or consent your visitors are owed. When we share it

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the Service, under agreements to protect it:

Payments — Stripe.
Hosting & infrastructure — our cloud hosting and database providers.
AI providers — the AI services that generate and improve your site's text and images work on the content you ask us to create.
Email delivery — the provider that sends your account and site emails.
We may also share information if required by law, or to protect rights, safety, and the Service.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies, mainly to keep you signed in. See our Cookie Policy for details and how to control them.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Unsaved previews are cleaned up automatically. You can ask us to delete your account information.

Your choices

You can review and update your account details from your dashboard.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information — email us and we'll help.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your data.

Children

The Service is for businesses and isn't directed to children.
