Cancellation & Refunds
Last updated September 17, 2026
No contracts and no lock-in — you can cancel your website subscription anytime. Here's exactly how it works.
Canceling your subscription
Each live website is a monthly subscription. When you cancel:
- You're paid through the end of your current billing period, and you won't be charged again. Your site stays live until that period ends.
- The current month isn't refunded or prorated — you keep your site for the month you've already paid for.
- To avoid the next month's charge, cancel before your renewal date. Canceling on the renewal day means that month has already begun.
In short: cancel the day before your renewal to stop the next charge, and enjoy your site through the time you've paid for.
Refunds
Because building and previewing are free and you only subscribe once you've seen your site, we generally don't offer refunds for subscription time already started. If something has genuinely gone wrong on our end, reach out — we'll make it right.
Credits
Credits pay for work performed (like generating a photo or improving copy), so credits already spent aren't refundable, even if the result wasn't exactly what you pictured — you can always try again. Any additional credits you've purchased don't expire while your account is active, so they're there when you need them.
Your site after cancellation
When your paid period ends, your site stops being served. Your content isn't lost right away — if you change your mind, get in touch and we'll help you pick back up where you left off when possible.
